About the event
Please spread the word, we are doing our Kite Day in April! We have a new addition along with all of our other sponsors. Come out and see all the wonderful kites from bought too, homemade. Thanks to City of Silvis, Walmart, Silvis Fire Dept., Lions Club, The Family Credit Union, Ekim's, Silvis Park Program, Silvis Main Street, El Pueblo, and Dave Hayes. HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!!!Â
Kite Day will be from 12PM-2PM on April 20th at Gauley Field. Free hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be provided by the Silvis Fire Department (cooking) & Walmart (donated).Â
Prizes will be awarded to highest flying kite, most unique kite, biggest kite, & smallest kite.Â
